Refunds and Exchanges
We understand that the correct size can be a hit or miss at times, so here at Modestflow we will happily accept refunds or exchanges on any piece of clothing that is unworn and still fitted with the tag/label. This term and condition only applies to any item dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 3-4 working days to process and the shipping to you.
delivery costs are not covered by us when sending a package back to us.

Instagram (modest.flow) or email before sending your item back. We kindly ask that you include your reason and the item you wish to exchange it with. This is so that we can ensure your desired product is in stock and there are no problems during the exchange process.
You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it is in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 1 exchange for every item.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS ON CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
We expect products to be returned in the condition we expect for you to receive our products in therefore anything returned should be new, unused and with all the tags still attached. Returns that smell of perfume, washed, damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We're unable to accept returns beyond 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged
how long does delivery take?
if you have selected Royal Mail tracked 48 then the delivery should be with you within 48 hours.
If you have selected Royal Mail tracked 24 then the delivery should be with you within 48 hours.
How long is the dispatch time?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order however if you need your order sooner, then email us on (email when made) and we will dispatch it sooner.
Do you deliver locally?
If an order is in Bradford, then we will deliver same day or next day to you. Message us on Instagram (modest.flow) or snapchat (modestflow) alternatively you can email us on (email when made).

Do you accept cash payment?
We understand that sometimes transactions online can be a hassle and problems can occur so to make it easier we can offer local costumers to pay in cash on arrival of delivery.

What should I do if I have received wrong or faulty item?
We can make mistakes so if we do get in touch. Contact details can be found on the contact us page. Please attach the following information in the message:

pictures of the fault or incorrect item
We will get this resolved for you quickly.
Can I make cancel or make changes to an existing order?
We are unable to cancel or change an existing order once it has been placed. This is due to the speed we process and ship the orders. However, if you can contact us as soon as possible if the order has not been shipped, we can try our best to change or cancel your order.
How do I wash my abaya?
We advise you wash on a delicate hand wash cycle, and you turn your abaya inside out. Hand wash if you don't have a delicate wash cycle on your machine.
How do I iron my abaya?
We advise you air dry your abaya. This is because the heat of the dryer can wear out the fabric overtime, making it look dull. Don't spin or tumble dry. Hang your abaya on a hanger and steam press or iron. This is the best way to steam your pleats too.
